CELTA course features
- extensive teaching practice every afternoon in small groups of 5 trainees
- practical experience teaching students at different language levels
- detailed feedback and discussion sessions with your tutor
- observation of qualified teachers
- guided observation of videoed lessons
- seminars and demonstrations to improve language awareness
- classroom management and lesson planning
Intensive CELTA course timetable (4 weeks)
- 09:00 - 15:45
- or 12:00 - 18:30
Part time CELTA course timetable (12 weeks)
- 18:30 - 21:30 (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
- and 10:00 - 17:00 (6 Saturdays)
There are no examinations at the end of the course. The pass grades of A, B and Pass are awarded as
a result of continual assessment by your tutors. You are always kept informed of your progress during the course
